Off-Campus Placement

I prepared for unfamiliar web development topics, cleared the rtCamp interview, and received an off-campus software engineering offer.

The Milestone

As I was not satisfied with my previous placements, I looked for new opportunities in different roles and luckily got an interview call from rtCamp (and that’s how it all started).
To be honest, I didn’t know about so many concepts of web development before that day, so I looked for rtCamp interview questions on Glassdoor (I looked on Google before every interview) and started preparing the topics.
And again, luckily and with a mix of right and wrong answers in the interview, I got selected at rtCamp (Sep 2024).
The joining date was Apr ’24 (6 months probation for Rs. 50,000 monthly and in-hand Rs. 1 Lakh monthly offer post probation).
Later on, the date shifted to July ’24.
And once I got this opportunity, I stopped applying to any other company and left development altogether and focused mainly on BE project and on my health.
